Disparus en Ukraine

Two Colombian mercenaries, José Arón Aranda Medina and Alexander Ante, who fought on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as part of the "Carpathian Sich," were detained at Caracas airport on July 18, 2024, while attempting to return to Colombia. On August 26, 2024, the Lefortovo Court in Moscow issued a ruling on their arrest on charges of mercenary activity.
